If you need to send a message to all Suppliers on an open Request then you can do this by selecting to edit the Request and adding your message to the Notify Suppliers of Changes? textbox.

  1. To edit an open Request or Tender, click the three vertical dots to the right of it to bring up the options and select the Edit this request option within the pop-up box.

  2. You do not need to make any changes to the request details, you can go straight to the Save & Update step.

  3. In the textbox titled Notify Suppliers of Changes?, you can enter your message to the suppliers.

Ensure to check the box next Send to all if you want all suppliers to be notified. If this box is not checked, the update will only be sent to the suppliers who have read the request details.

    Note:
Suppliers that have declined to respond to your request won't be sent the update email.

  4. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

This will send an email to the Suppliers with the information you've entered in the textbox. The text will also be included in the Updates section in the Request Details (accessible to both Buyers and Suppliers by clicking on the magnifying glass icon).
