There are a variety of different reports that can be run by the Super Admin, Local Group Administrators, Panel Administrators and Local Group Managers within the enterprise. Buyers do not have the ability to run reports.
All reports will be available to the Super Admin. Depending on the level of access for the user, some reports may not be accessible.
They can be accessed by selecting View Reports under the Admin Tools menu either in the menubar or from the homepage.
Select one of the options on the left-side menu.
Please see a description below of each menu item:
Enterprise Summaries
| Summary | Provides a summary of the number of active users, local groups, enterprise supplier lists and total requests (active and in draft). |
| Internal Requests | A list of the latest 500 internal requests. These are requests raised by users within your enterprise. |
| External Requests | A list of the latest 500 external requests. These are requests raised by users outside of your enterprise, where your supplier lists have been shared with other enterprises. |
| Local Group Requests | Provides a summary of the number of requests that have been created per local group. |
Export Data
The below reports are all exported into a CSV document that you can open in Microsoft Excel.
Please note that reports regarding 'External Buyers' are only available for enterprises that share their supplier lists with other enterprises.
For some reports, you will be asked to select specific Supplier lists or Local Groups to pull the information from. Likewise, you may also be asked to select a date range for the report.
In the event that you are requested to input further information, simply click on the drop-down list to select from the options provided.
With regards to date range, you can click on the boxes under the From: and To: headings to open up a calendar to choose dates.
Once you have selected your desired parameters, click the blue Download button to download your report in CSV format.
RFx Reports
| RFX's from internal buyers | Shows the status of each RFx posted by internal buyers. You can select a specific supplier list and/or local group, or you can select to view all. You can also specify a date range for the date the RFx was created, or leave blank to view all. The report includes information such as RFx details, Buyer info, RFx dates, No. Suppliers Notified & Responded, etc. |
| RFX's from external buyers | Similiar to the above, shows the status of each RFx posted by external buyers. The report includes the same information as the report for internal buyers, including the buyer's Enterprise. |
| Successful responses for RFX's from internal buyers | Shows the successful responses for each RFx from internal buyers. You can select a specific supplier list or you can select to view all. You can also specify a date range from the date the RFx was advertised, or leave blank to view all. The report includes information such as RFx details, RFx Dates, Buyer info, Successful supplier contact info, Response price, etc. |
| Successful responses for RFX's from external buyers | Similiar to the above, Shows the successful responses for each RFx from external buyers. The report includes the same information as the report for internal buyers, including the buyer's Enterprise. |
| MPE RFX's from internal buyers | Shows the status of each RFx that is using Multi-Party Evaluation (MPE). The report includes information such as the RFx details, Buyer info, MPE status and dates, etc. |
Local Group Reports
| User Contact Details | Shows the contact information details of each user you have access to. A Super Admin can run this report to gather details of all users registered in the enterprise. A Local Group Admin or Local Group Manager will only see the details of the users they have access to manage. The report includes information such as each User's Contact Information, Local Group, Registration date, User Type, etc. |

Internal List usage by Local Groups |
Shows the number of Internal RFX's posted to each supplier list by local groups. You can select a specific supplier list and/or local group, or you can select to view all. You can also specify a date range from the date the RFx was advertised, or leave blank to view all. The report lists the local group and the number of RFX's posted against each supplier list. |

Internal List usage by Monthly RFx's |
Shows the number of Internal RFX's posted to each supplier list by monthly frequency. You can select a specific supplier list and/or local group, or you can select to view all. You will need to select the calendar year. The report lists the supplier list(s) and the number of requests created in each month of the year selected. |

Internal List usage by RFx Value (INTERNAL BUYERS ONLY) |
Shows the aggregated count of the indicated value of each Internal RFx posted to supplier lists by local groups. You can select a specific supplier list and/or local group, or you can select to view all. You can also specify a date range from the date the RFx was advertised, or leave blank to view all. The report lists the supplier list(s) and the number of requests created by the indicated value set by the buyer. |

Supplier Reports
| All Supplier Contacts | Shows the contact details for all suppliers registered on one of your enterprise supplier lists. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. The report includes Suppliers info such as Business Name, Business Number, Primary Contact Details, List info, Registered Date, etc. |
| Dormant Supplier Contacts | A Dormant Supplier is clasiffied as a supplier account that has not been logged into in a set amount of time. The report shows the contact details for all dormant suppliers on all supplier lists. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. You also determine how many months to look back at last login. For example if you select '6 months' then the report will list the supplier profiles where the last login date was more than 6 months ago. The report includes Supplier's information such as their Business and Contact details, Last Login Date, etc. |
| Supplier Engagement | Shows RFx engagement by suppliers. You will need to select a supplier list. You can specify a date range from the date the RFx was advertised on, or leave blank to view all. The report lists all suppliers on the list with the number of RFX's they have been sent, responses they have sent back and how many were successful, declined and undecided. |
| Supplier Opportunities (by Supplier List) | Shows RFx's offered to suppliers, and responses sent back, by supplier on a supplier list (only data entered after 1st March 2012 shown). You will need to select a supplier list. You can specify a date range from the date the RFx was advertised on, or leave blank to view all. The report will list all suppliers on the list (where they have been sent an RFX), RFX details and dates, Buyer information, Response and Desion details, etc. |
| Supplier Opportunities (by Individual Supplier) | Shows RFx's offered to suppliers, and responses sent back, by a specific supplier on a supplier list (only data entered after 1st March 2012 shown). You will need to select a supplier list and a supplier on that list. You can also specify a date range from the date the RFx was advertised on, or leave blank to view all. The report will list the Supplier List info, Supplier Contact info and all requests they have been sent on the selected list including all request details and response status. |
| Supplier Performance |
Shows the performance of suppliers on a specific suppler list as rated by buyers. Only supplier lists with complete & active Surveys are listed. |
| Supplier Response Status | Shows status of a specific suppliers responses to requests posted to a supplier list. You will need to select a supplier list and a supplier on that list. The report will list all requests the supplier has been sent on the list including Request details, Buyer info, Supplier info, Response details, etc. |
| Supplier Compliance Status |
Shows suppliers compliance status on an enterprise supplier list. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. |
| Supplier Qualification Status | Shows suppliers qualification status on an enterprise supplier list. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. The report will list all suppliers status for each qualification item assigned to them on the supplier list including item status, date approved/declined, etc. |
| Supplier Qualification Answers | Shows supplier qualification answers to questions specified on the enterprise supplier list. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. The report will list each qualification question and the answer provided by each supplier registered on the list. |
Category Reports
| RFX categories | Shows the categories selected in each RFX posted by both internal and external buyers. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. The report lists the RFX details, Buyer info, RFX dates, Category and sub-category selections. |
| Suppliers on individual categories | Shows the suppliers assigned to a specific sub-category linked to a supplier list. You will need to select the supplier list, category and sub-category. The reports lists all suppliers on the selected list, category and sub-category including their Business and Contact info. |
| All Suppliers on all categories | Shows all categories assigned to all suppliers on a supplier list. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. Please note that selecting All Supplier Lists may take a long time for very large enterprises to download the report. The report lists Supplier List info, Category info, Supplier info, etc. |
| Category structure | Shows the entire structure of the category set up in your enterprise. You can select a specific supplier list or select to view all lists. The report will list each supplier list and the category and sub-categories assigned to each list. |
