Qualification requirements can be added to a Supplier List by the Super Admin or the Panel Administrators, prompting Suppliers to provide, fill in or complete these once they have registered on the list.
Qualifications are generally set on the list when it's being created, you can find information on this process here: Creating a Supplier List - Supplier Qualification. You can make changes to the required qualifications and add new qualification requirements to the list after it's been created.
Suppliers are NOT deactivated/removed from the Supplier list automatically if they do not meet the list's qualification requirements. If you would like to deactivate a Supplier for being non-qualified, this will need to be done manually by updating their status against their profile. The below provides step-by-step instructions on how to add qualification requirements to your existing supplier lists:
- Select Enterprise Supplier Lists under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).
- Click on the blue arrow to the right of the relevant supplier, and then click on the Edit this list option.
- Within the Supplier List Wizard, click on the Supplier Qualification tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the Add new item button to add a new qualification item.

In Step 1 you fill out the necessary fields (Name & Description) at the top and review all settings before clicking Next.

In Step 2 you can upload a template/document that will be associated with the qualification item. This will visible and accessible to suppliers when reviewing the requirements.

In Step 3 you can Create Statements and/or Questions for the supplier to view/acknowledge/answer. The questions can be configured so that Suppliers must respond in a certain format (text, number, $ value, yes/no, etc.). You can also set whether it's mandatory for the supplier to answer your question or not.
- To create questions click on the Edit questions button.
- Then, click on the Add new item button.
- Type in the statement/question in the textbox.
- Select the format that suppliers respond in.
- To save and add another item, click on the Add another new item button.
- When finished, click on the Save button below.

Click Save to save your upload/questions.

In Step 4, select the Make active option if the qualification requirement is ready to be sent to Suppliers.

Click Save and finish to complete that qualification requirement.

You will need to select the Yes - enable all active items option at the bottom of the page to make these accessible to Suppliers.
- Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
- You will be directed to the List Complete tab.
- Click the blue Finish button to finalise your changes.
