The Vendor Admin that is registered on a Supplier List can invite others to join them as a Colleague on the lists they manage in their account.

When a Vendor Admin is invited to a Request or Tender, individuals registered as a Colleague on that list will also receive an invitation as well and can send their own response from their account.
When any of the linked users (Vendor Admin and all Colleagues) flags their intention to respond, creates a draft of a request or send a response that will be listed against the request in the other user's accounts to keep them informed.
The Super Admin and Panel Administrators can also invite and manage colleagues against a supplier's profile on their own internal supplier lists, see here: Inviting a Colleague to a Supplier Profile on behalf of a Vendor Admin.
Inviting or Removing a Colleague
- They will need to select either the Supplier lists you manage or Edit supplier list colleagues options under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).
- Next, they need to click Manage under the 'Your Colleagues' column to the right of the list they want to invite or remove Colleagues against.

'Edit supplier list colleagues' page: - Here they will be able to invite new Colleagues by filling out their details on the right and clicking the Invite button.
- On the left, they will see people who are already registered as a Colleague on this list. They can click the remove button next to their name to remove them as a Colleague on the selected list.

When someone is invited to register as a Colleague, they will receive an invitation email. In the email, there will be a link that they will need to click to either:
- Setup their account if they don’t have one already
- Confirm their registration as your Colleague for their current account (if they already have one)
Adding an Existing Colleague to another List
Once a Colleague accepts an invitation to register as a colleague, Vendor Admins can add an existing Colleague to another one of their list registrations. They will not need to send them another invite as they can be added to other lists immediately.
This can be done by going to the Manage colleagues page for that list (as per the steps above). To the right, underneath the fields to invite a new colleague, they will see a list of Colleagues who are registered on their other lists. They can click the add now button next to the relevant colleague to add them as a Colleague to this list.
Resending an invitation to a Colleague
If an invitation that has been sent has been lost or not been received, the Vendor Admin may need to send a new invitation.
This can be done by going to the Manage colleagues page for that list (as per the steps above).
On the left pane of the page that appears, they can find the invitation they would like to resend under the Pending colleagues list and can revoke it using the un-invite button.
They can send them a fresh new invite using the fields on the right (as per the steps above).
Colleagues finding their Vendor Admin's details
When a Supplier holds an account just as a colleague and they do not manage any lists themselves, they will not have access to the Admin Tools menu. They will only see the Supplier Lists menu.
They can click on the Lists you're on option under Supplier Lists to view a list of all the lists they are registered on as a colleague.
For each Supplier List, they will see the Vendor Administrator detailed under the 'Vendor Admin' column on the far right side of the page. They can hover over the name of the Vendor Admin to view their contact details in a pop-up bubble.
