Suppliers can register on as many Supplier Lists as required - there is no maximum number of lists they can join. This article explains how suppliers can register on additional Supplier Lists within their existing accounts. Public Marketplace Lists

To register on additional Marketplace Lists, suppliers need to click on the Register on the Public Marketplace link that appears on the left of their home page below the ‘Supplier Lists’ heading.

They need to follow the prompts and then select the Marketplace Lists and categories they want to register on. By following the above link within their account, their name and email details will automatically populate on the registration page, which is important. They can repeat this process to register on as many Marketplace Lists as needed.

For each Marketplace List that they apply to register on, they will receive an invitation email. While remaining logged out of their VendorPanel account they need to click the link in the invitation email and follow the prompts. This will log them back in, and register the new list to their account.

If they have applied to register on more than one list then they will need to repeat this process for each list invitation email.

Preferred Supplier Lists

Preferred Supplier Lists are owned and managed by external organisations. These lists are invitation only and when invited, they will receive an invitation email with a link to confirm their registration on that Preferred Supplier List. They need to click the link in the email to register on the new list in their current account.
