When evaluating responses on a closed request you have three methods of evaluation; Quick Select, Evaluation Matrix and Multi-Party Evaluation. You select the method you want to use when you are creating the request, but this selection can be changed either while the request is still open or after the request has closed.

While the Request is still Open

1. To change the evaluation method while the request is still open, click on the blue arrow button to the right of the request to bring up the options. 
   
   
2. Under Response Evaluation Options it will list the evaluation method selected on the request and you click on the Change this method link.
   
   
   
   
3. On the next page, you'll see the list of evaluation methods. Make your selection and click on the Save Method button.
   
   

Once the Request has Closed

1. You can change the evaluation method once the request has closed by following the same steps as when the request is still open (see above).
   
   Or, on the Responses page (accessible by clicking the green people icon against the request) you can click the change button to the right of the evaluation method currently selected.
   
   
   
   Please note

   Changing the evaluation method at this point will mean you'll reset and lose any progress you've made on the original evaluation.

   If you have used Multi-Party Evaluation (MPE) and already made any progress on the evaluation then you will be unable to change the evaluation method yourself. Please contact the VendorPanel Support Team for assistance.

2. Select the evaluation method you wish to use and click the Save Method button. 

Resetting your Selections

To clear any selections or reset your evaluation, you can change to a different method and then change it again back to your original method.
