Closing off a Reporting Period

You can close off reporting periods for a list by clicking on the Close-off reporting link on the dashboard.

Closing off periods is done by selecting a period from the list drop-down list. The selected period and all periods prior to that period will become ‘closed-off’.

Once closed off, suppliers can no longer add/edit or delete entries; submit nil activity reports; or finalise periods for any periods that are closed-off, irrespective of whether they have completed their reporting for those periods or not.

Once a closed off date has been set the dashboard row details for that list will update with the closed off date.

IMPORTANT

You can only close off periods at a list level, not at an Enterprise wide level (for all lists).
