Suppliers Submitting Late Submissions

Once a Request or Tender has closed, Suppliers will not be able to submit a response unless the Buyer decides to reopen the Request/Tender for them.

In the event that they miss a closing deadline, it's suggested that they contact the Buyer or the Buying Organisation directly. 

If the Buyer has chosen to keep their personal details private, we suggest Suppliers try contacting the Buying Organisation’s general point of contact (via Contact Details on their website) and asking to speak with the Procurement Team.

It is the Buyer's decision as to whether they accept a late submission.

If the Buyer decides to accept their late response, they may either re-open the Request/Tender to all Suppliers or they can issue a late-response link (if enabled on the enterprise). You can find information on how to accept a late submission here: How to Accept a Late Submission.
