Overview of Supplier's List Registrations

Suppliers can be registered on a Supplier List in two different ways, as a Vendor Admin or as a Colleague.

Vendor Admin on a Supplier List

The Vendor Admin ‘manages’ the profiles for the company on the list. Suppliers can find the Supplier Lists they are managing by selecting Supplier Lists you manage under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).

To view the list's details, including the contact details for the organisation that owns and runs that Supplier List (List Owner), they can click the name of the list (appears in blue):

On the Suppliers lists you manage page, Suppliers will see multiple columns along the right: Business Info, Required Compliances, etc. To edit, manage or preview these for a specific list, they can click the blue link below the relevant column and to the right of the relevant list. The words 'not required' instead of a link/button will indicate that the field is not a requirement for their registration.

All Lists Suppliers are on as a Vendor Admin or Colleague

To view all the Supplier Lists they are registered on as a Colleague and a Vendor Admin, they will need to view the Supplier lists you’re on page. They can find these by clicking Lists you’re on which appears below the Supplier Lists heading on the home page.

Here they will see all of their list registrations. They can click the list name (which appears in blue) to view the list information and the list owner’s contact details. To the right, they will see multiple columns for List Docs, Supplier Docs, RFX Categories, etc.

List Docs are documents attached to the whole list by the List Owner, where they have given Suppliers access to view the documents. These documents are visible to all suppliers on that list. Supplier Docs are documents that the list owner has attached to that supplier's specific registration on that list. If either of these documents is relevant to their registration on the list, they can view them by clicking the blue link below that column.

RFX categories are the categories they are registered under for that list (see more information on how Suppliers manage their categories here: Suppliers Managing their Categories). Buyer Groups are the buying organisations using that list that suppliers are visible to (see more information on how Suppliers manage their Buyer Groups here: Suppliers managing which Buyer Groups they receive Requests from). They can click the blue numbered button below either of these columns to view or edit these sections.

For lists that they are the Vendor Admin for, they will see a Manage link to the far right under the Vendor Admin column. If they are a Colleague on this list, they will see the name of their Vendor Admin. They can hover their mouse over this to view their Vendor Admin’s contact details.
