Suppliers Editing Business Info per Supplier List

The Vendor Admin on a Supplier List is responsible for managing their organisation's business profile on that list. Suppliers can either use the same business details for all lists they are registered on within their account (this would be managed in their Profile settings, see here: Suppliers editing their Profile, Location, Password, or Email Address), or they can edit their business details per list. This allows them to use different company/business information on the different lists registered to their accounts.

Please note

Suppliers cannot be registered on the same list twice within one account. This means they cannot manage different company profiles on the same list within one account. If they need to manage profiles for the same company on the same list, this will need to be done across separate accounts.

The below steps detail how suppliers can edit the business information against a specific list:

  1. Suppliers can find the list owner’s contact details by selecting Supplier lists you manage under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).

  2. To edit the business information (profile) they have for a specific list registration, they'll need to click the blue Edit link below the ‘Business Info’ heading towards the right of the relevant list.

  3. Here, they can edit their business name, number and description for this supplier list only. They'll need to click Save to apply any changes.
