If Supplier self-registration has been enabled for your organisation, the Super Admin and the Panel Administrators will be able to create a self-invitation link that Suppliers can use to register onto your Supplier List(s). By default, this setting is turned off but if you require this functionality, please contact your VendorPanel Account Manager or our Support Team.

1. To generate the link, select Enterprise Supplier Lists under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the blue arrow to the right of the relevant supplier, and then click on the Edit this list option.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Settings & Options step and choose Yes - Enabled for 'Enable suppliers to 'self-invite' themselves to this via a generic link?'. This appears under the Supplier Configuration section.
   
   
   
   
4. Copy the self-invitation link and use it by either sending it directly to a supplier or placing it on a web page for your Suppliers to access.
