Supplier lists can be set up to have specific requirements that the suppliers must meet to maintain a valid profile on the list. These are broken down into three types, Compliances, Qualifications, and Rate Cards.
This article introduces the three types of requirements and how they can be used.
When one of these requirements is added to a Supplier List (within the list's settings), all Suppliers on that list are notified of the requirement via email and in their accounts. They will be required to fill out the necessary information and upload any documents you have requested. Once they’ve completed this, the submissions can be reviewed by the Super Admin and the Panel Administrators. The requirements can either be approved or declined, thus prompting the supplier to re-submit. Alternatively, you can choose to have them approved automatically.
A Supplier’s compliance, qualification and rate card status(s) will be visible on their profile and can be accessed by Buyers.
Compliances
Compliance requirements are designed for insurances, licences, workers cover or compensation and other similar document types. Suppliers can add a name, policy/document number, coverage value, expiry date, issuer and comments and will need to attach a single document with a certificate or proof of document.
