The Super Admin, Local Group Administrators, and Local Group Managers can all impersonate other accounts within your organisation, depending on their rights and access. Impersonating an account allows the admin/manager to have a full view and access to all aspects of the impersonated user's accounts (with the exception of viewing and editing an active Mult-Party Evaluation). It will allow them to see their activity and to make a change on their behalf (i.e. transfer a Request, or extend a closing date).

Below is a list of who the different user types can impersonate:

Super Admin All users in their enterprise.
Local Group Administrator All Local Group Managers and Buyers in the local groups they own.

They can also impersonate other Local Group Admins who also own a local group. While impersonating another administrator, they can view and impersonate the Buyers they manage. You can find more information on how this work here: Viewing another Local Group Administrator's account
Local Group Managers All Buyers within their local group only.

Please see the steps below on how to impersonate users:

  1. Super Admin or Local Group Admin: Select Local Groups and Users under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).

Local Group Managers: Select Manage Buyers under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).

  2. Select to view where the particular user is placed in the relevant Local Group.

  3. When you find the relevant user, click the blue arrow icon to the right of the user and select the Impersonate this user option within the pop-up window.
