From the Supplier Self Reporting dashboard, navigate to the list you wish to configure and click on the settings button.
Dashboard - List and settings button
This will lead through to the configuration screen.
The list must first have the Enable supplier self reporting checkbox clicked to begin the configuration (if this has not already been done) and then you can proceed.
Next, select Reporting of units sold from the Reporting Type options.
Reporting Type and Volume Unit Types
This will bring up the Volume Unit Types options. You will need to configure the remaining steps and then click Save and Continue to return to this step to finalise configuration of units.
This will take you to the Unit configuration screen.
Click Edit to change the example unit that is there as a placeholder.
Enter the name and description that will appear on the suppliers end.
You can make units active or inactive which will surface them in the options the suppliers see.
Multiple units will appear as dropdown options for the supplier to select. Units are entered as whole numbers by the supplier.
This reporting method will also capture (via a number input from the supplier side) the sale value for the total units the supplier enters.
Note:
The maximum number of units available for any one list is 20.
