There are multiple document generation points across the product, for each generation point we provide a default template as a base, however, admins are able to build and upload their own document templates so that the generated documents present information in a way that is best for them - this can include basic changes like applying company headers and footers, to also changing what information is output into the documents and how those are displayed.
