Sending Escalations

Escalation points are available within Information Request, Privacy Incidents, and Subpoenas within the system. These escalations are typically sent to the Ombudsman or Administrative Tribunal but can be specified to any other party as well. Depending on the 'escalation type' different information will show in the 'review' block.

The escalations in the system do not trigger any communications. The purpose of this within the system is to capture any details associated with the escalation including description, notification dates, and decisions.
