Privacy Incidents can be raised from the Privacy Incidents report tile on the dashboard. If this report tile isn't visible you can use the 'Add Reports' button at the bottom of the dashboard and find it from there. To add the report tile permanently to your dashboard press the star in the top right of the tile.
