Search by VP NumberSearch by VP Number

This functionality allows buyers to easily search their own Requests by RFx Name, VP Number and Status.

They can do this by going to the ‘My Requests’ menu and selecting one of their request status pages (e.g. ‘All my requests’).

Click on the ‘Search requests’ button.

Filter Suppliers by Inactive/Active

We’ve made it easier for Administrators to view their Suppliers and their active or inactive status.

While logged in as a Panel Admin or Super Administrator, click to manage the Suppliers on one of your Supplier lists (Enterprise Supplier Lists > click on the bubble to view Suppliers on a list).

On the Manage Supplier Lists page, you will now see a dropdown in the top right corner, to select between viewing All, Active or Inactive Suppliers.

After making your selection, your view will be updated to show only the Suppliers that meet the selected criteria. If you have large lists, this selection will be retained across multiple pages. It will reset when you exit the Managed Supplier Lists page or view a different Supplier List.

Search for Suppliers within LGA Boundaries

We’ve released a new module which allows the distance filter in the Request Wizard to be augmented with data from map servers, such as Local Government Areas. (Other areas can also be defined).

Once set up, the boundaries of your search area are selectable in the Request Wizard and the search will display suppliers within the specified region, rather than those within a set km radius of where you are.

Boundaries are also displayed on the Map within the Request Wizard and the relevant areas are outlined on the screen.
