In Procurement Planning, you can plan out the evaluation process that may follow. Note that this functionality is only applicable if the Advanced Evaluations module is present.

The step allows the procurement officer to log evaluation teams and requirements and criteria prior to getting approvals.

Ability to define teams and panel members and then request COIs for each panel member.
