In the final decision, there is a function to generate a PDF report of the evaluation process. This report is in PDF format and includes the following details:

• List of respondents with offer amounts and outcomes
• List of evaluation criteria, with weightings and questions
• List of mandatory requirements with questions
• List of panel members and teams
• List of changes to response documents (including uploading new documents or removing existing documents against any response)
• A series of visual reports visualising the consensus scores

Within the system itself, there is a collection of visual reports to aid with decision-making during the shortlisting and final decision.
