When individual scoring kicks off by default, all evaluators are required to complete a conflict of interest declaration before they can access the details of the responses. An evaluator can only access the responses if they agree to the declaration.
The text that is displayed on the conflict of interest is manageable by the system administrator and so can be changed to meet the needs of the enterprise.
When evaluators can log any number of risks with their conflict of interest declaration which can be reviewed by the procurement officer.
The procurement officer can see the result of the declarations from their view within the evaluation. Based on the outcomes the procurement officer could change the panel members to best support a fair evaluation.
