Evaluation criteria have been made to support flexible scoring requirements that can be managed at a granular level.
Each criteria supports the following:
- Criteria name
- Criteria weighting (effect on overall weighted score)
- Assigned teams (one or many)
- A series of customisable questions that will be used to evaluate the criteria
Criteria can be completely custom, wherein they are created as needed, or can be loaded in from a managed criteria library that is included in the Advanced Evaluations tool.
The criteria questions ensure that the panel members have a clear way to conduct their scoring, once invited to scoring the evaluators will answer the evaluation questions and the scores tied to their responses will roll up to an overall score against the criteria. There can be any number of questions for any evaluation criteria.
Each criteria question supports the following:
- Question text
- Question weighting (as each question may not have an equal impact on the overall score for the criteria)
- A customisable list of responses
- Each response text can be managed
- Each response score can be managed
- No limit to the number of responses per question
Responses to questions need to be predefined in order to support automatic scoring, when scoring there is a commenting facility that enables the evaluator to extend on their answers. When users are adding their own questions they can use an inbuilt tool for generating Likert scale responses for each question.
