Allocating Teams to an Evaluation Panel

When setting up the evaluation panel you can choose to make use of evaluation teams or simply add panel members individually without teams. Ultimately criteria and evaluation documents will be allocated to those participating in the evaluation, and so having teams and allocating to those provides a benefit where if panel members change throughout the process it is possible to add the panel members to a team and they would automatically be allocated to the necessary items.

There are no hard limits on the number of panel members or teams that can be utilised in any evaluation process.

Assigning criteria and documents to specific teams/panel members ensures that each panel member is only getting access to the items that are relevant to them rather than accessing a collection of elements that are not related to their role in the evaluation.

Teams and panel members can be adjusted at any point in the process, even when individual scoring has already been started. Changes to teams and panel members are captured in a simple log that details when anyone is added or removed from the panel.

External evaluators can be included in the evaluation by specifying an email address - those individuals will get temporary accounts created for them with access to participate in scoring.
