Documents can be uploaded at various points within the Contract system, however, having a dedicated space for the key contract documents can make it easier to find important information.

The document area can have the following modes;

• Internal Mode: This is intended for storing documents that are relevant to the internal system users. This is applicable to all contract arrangement types: Standalone, Head Agreement and Subcontract.
• External Mode: This is applicable in cases where suppliers are expected to log into the system. Suppliers would log in and view the contract details, and they will have access to any documents in the external document folder. This is applicable to Standalone and Subcontract.
• Head Agreement Mode: This is applicable only for the Subcontract type of contract arrangement. This shows all the documents attached to the parent Head Agreement of a subcontract.

From the Contract screen, there is the 'Documents' section under the 'Overview' tab for showing a document upload area.
