Contract Registers

Once a contract is active, there are multiple sets of registers available for you to access. They are grouped under Function Areas named Legal, Tracking and Payments.

These registers can be toggled between function areas depending on the setup done for a particular type of contract or for overall contracts.

  • Toggle contract registers across the system - This can be accessed through Settings - Contract eform

  • Populate registers based on contract type - Different types of contracts may need different registers and this can be tailored through Settings - Contract eform

  • Toggle registers per contract - this can be accessed through the 'Settings' tab of a contract.
    By default, the register set will be enabled based on the contract type of a contract record. But users can go to the 'Settings' tab >> 'Contract Registers' block of a contract record and disable and enable registers for that particular record.
