A Schedule of Rates can be setup and managed per Contract and is accessed via the Value block on the Contract Overview page.
The Schedule of Rates eform allows you to capture your deliverables and milestones for your payment schedule.
Features
- Can add unlimited deliverables/milestones with quantity and rates
- Can track claim amounts and completed percentage against each deliverable
- Can edit GST % and switch between GST % and GST $ view
- Can download a Schedule of Rates Template and upload a completed template to populate the deliverable items
- Can export the schedule of rates record into Excel or a Word document
- Displays a chart and a table of all payment certificates that relate to a Schedule of Rates
