Domain Diagram

A domain diagram is a structured visual representation of elementary entities of the system and the relationship between them.

Standalone Contract

A Standalone Contract is any contract that is not a part of a Panel Contract (neither head agreement nor subcontract).

Panel Contract

A Panel Contract refers to a set of head agreements (parent) and subcontracts (child).

1. Head Agreement
   • Can have child subcontracts
   • Has clauses that apply to all subcontracts
   • Has allocated a Contract Manager who manages the head agreement
     
     
2. Subcontract
   • Sits under a parent head agreement
   • Has an associated vendor
   • Has allocated a Contract Owner who manages the subcontract
