The Super Administrator, also known as Super Admin, is the highest-level end-user profile available on the platform.

You can find information on how you can update the Super Admin here: Updating the Super Admin.

By default, the Super Administrator role inherits all aspects of lower-tier roles (Panel/Local Group Administrators, Local Group Managers and Buyers).

Please refer to the following articles to review a detailed summary:

In addition to these responsibilities a Super Admin also has access to a few additional features, which are exclusive to the role.

Impersonation allows a Super Admin to pose as any user within their enterprise. This can be especially helpful when troubleshooting platforms or processing specific issues that occur for any individual user. You can find information on impersonating users here: Impersonating Other Users.

Where regular Admins have the reporting capability limited to the local groups and lists they directly manage, Super Admins possess the ability to run reports across the entire enterprise free of the local group and list restriction. They can also delegate additional reporting permissions to another Administrator and allow them to run reports as if they are the Super Admin.

Super Admins also manage the enterprise Administrators Group, which allows them to invite new Local Group/Panel Administrators. This also means that they can promote and demote, where required.

Additionally, Super Admins are also responsible for transferring ownership of a Local Group or Supplier List to another Administrator. You can find information on this process here: Transferring Ownership of a Local Group and Transferring Ownership of a Panel (Supplier List).
