Grouping in a tabular report allows you to view your data by starting with a general category and moving through the hierarchy. You may group the data by fields to any number of levels, for example, you might want to group it by Country, State or Postcode. You can click the arrows to expand/collapse the groups.
Creating Drill Down Reports
You'll need a Tabular Report Profie, which you can find on how to create here: EBMS Nimblex - Tabular Report Profile.
There are two ways you can set up your drill down report on an existing profile:
Option 1. Drag-and-Drop
Drag the column header you want to group by to the top of the tabular report (see screenshot below). Then your report is already in a drill down format.
Option 2. Via the Property Grid

Open sidebar.

There is a section called Group By where you can press Edit to add a new layer to your drill down report.
