Adding a Link Column
- Select a Profile [1] that you wish to change or customise.
- Click the icon in the top right [2] to open the side panel to view Profile Properties.
- Within the Common section, which is all about viewing data columns, click Edit [3].
- Click the Add Links button to add a Link Column. You will see Links #X on the top left of the column informing you of the column type.
Configuring a Link Column

Name: [1] Alias of the column that will be shown in the Tabular Report.

Width: Set the width [2] of the column in the Tabular Report, in pixels.

Relationships: Click Edit [3] to set the relationship chains.

Label (Filter): This allows users to select a type of label to display for this column.
Setting Tabular Relationships

Add Tabular relationship: Click this [1] to add a relationship chain.

Remote eForm type: Select a Target eForm [2] to be used as a reference form for the Link Column.

Type: Select a Relationship Type [3].

Filter: Allows users to specify a filter for target records.

You will see this Filter screen numerous times on the Tabular Report Columns page.

Operator: Allows for further Filter logic, such as more Filter Expression and Column References.

Data Source EForm Column: This will display a list of columns from the current eForm.

Current User: The will display the Current User's 'Authority' or 'Identity'.

Role: This will display a system Role.

Constant: This will display a Constant Value (e.g. String, Number, DateTime, Boolean, Null).

Advanced: Filter Language based filter field.

Special Date: This will display the Current Date, with a Day Offset.

None: Select this to clear the filter.
Example 1
- Remote eForm type: to report on this eForm Supplier Insurance.
- Relationship Type: show records of the selected eForm where the record is a Child of the current eForm.
- Filter: Set Field from target eForm LineNumber = 1 to show 1 line per record (avoid redundancy).
- Label (Filter) : To show 'Type of Insurance' as a label for the Link.
- Once it's done, click Ok to preview the Tabular Report. The Link Column will look like this in the tabular report.
