Below is the navigation bar that appears on every page in the Nimblex platform.
| Icon | Description |
| Home | Shows the Main Entry Portal of the system. |
| My Records | Shows a list of all records which are currently assigned to you. |
| Quicklinks | Shows a list of links to websites or file attachments related to the system. |
| EForms | Presents a list of all the eForms in your system. |
| Search Bar | Used to search keywords within EForms, EForm records, EForm record files and Quicklinks. |
| Account Settings | Allows users to manage their user profile, acting role and switch between mobile view and desktop view. |
| Help | Takes you to Nimblex.Help (this is where you are now). |
| Control Panel | Allows the administrator to manage the system. A normal user usually does not have the authority to access it. |
| Logout | Takes you out of Nimblex. |
Below is the toolbar which is visible below the navigation toolbar when you are in a record.
| Button | Detail |
| Save | Saves any changes you have made on the record. |
| New | Click to create a new record. |
| Parent Button | Takes you to the parent record if there is one. |
| First | Guides you to the first record of this eForm. |
| Previous | Brings you back to the previous record you accessed before the current one. |
| Next | Brings you to the next record in line. |
| Last | Guides you to the last record of this eForm. |
| Screen | Helps to switch between print/screen/mobile views |
| Tools | Clicking on this button will give a menu of options. |
| Download | Clicking on this button will give a menu of options. |
