From this screen you can do the following:

• Specify an email server which emails from the system must pass through.

• Re-route all system emails to a specific email address.

• Re-route all system emails to only send to the triggering user.

Emails re-routed through the Debug Settings will have debug information appended to the email which would indicate who the email would have gone to if it was not re-routed.

This function is good for testing system functionality without pushing emails out to people who should not yet be receiving them. Note that this setting is applied system-wide.

Debug Mode

Debug Mode has several different options:

• Debug (Group) - Sends emails to the addresses specified in the Debug Address field, including Diagnostic information.

• Debug (Self) - Sends emails to the user who triggered the email notification (Current User), including Diagnostic information.

• Demo - Sends emails to the user who triggered the email notification (Current User), without Diagnostic information.

• Off - Emails will be sent to their intended recipients and will not be redirected to the email addresses specified in the Debug Addresses.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Nimblex Debug Mode only applies for testing emails triggered from email systems linked to the system - it does not apply to integrated systems, e.g. DocuSign or SMS service providers. This means that the SMS/DocuSign email will still go out to the email address/phone number stored in the system even if the Debug (Group)/Debug (Self)/Demo mode is turned on.

It is vital to disable any scheduled events that would trigger an SMS from the DEV/ TEST System after testing.

To specify more than one Debug email recipient, simply use commas to split the email addresses:
