Adding an Advanced Column
- Select a Profile [1] that you wish to change or customise.
- Click the icon in the top left [2] to open the side panel to view Profile Properties.
- Within the Common section, which is all about viewing data columns, click Edit [3].
- Click Add Advanced button [4] to add an Advanced Column.
Configuring an Advanced Column

You will see Advanced #x on the top left corner of the column setting once the Advanced Column is successfully added.

In the Name [1] field you can set the alias of the column that will be shown in the Tabular Report.

Against Column Definition Filter you can click on Edit [2] to specify the data shown in the Advanced Column. You can select one of the below options:

Operator: Allows for further Filter logic, such as more Filter Expression and Column References.

Data Source EForm Column: Will display a list of columns from the current eForm.

Current User: Will display the Current User's 'Authority' or 'Identity'.

Role: Will display a system Role.

Constant: Will display a Constant Value (e.g. String, Number, DateTime, Boolean, Null).

Advanced: Filter Language based filter field.

Special Date: Will display the Current Date, with a Day Offset.

None: Select this to clear the filter.

In the Width field, you can set the width [3] of the column in the Tabular Report, in pixels.

For Aggregate you can select an Aggregate method [4] for the column (e.g. Average, Count, CountDistinct, Max, Min, First, Last, Sum).
