This table defines the basic management tools available in each area.

 

Area Functions
Misc 1. Change system homepage - Note that this should be input as the relative path for the form in the system, e.g. "EFormRecord.aspx?EFormType=Main%20Entry". 2. Change system title - This appears on the top left of the system where the Home screen is.
Theme 1. Change system logo - This appears on each form. Note that after uploading a new logo, existing webpages that display the logo will need to be refreshed to display the new logo. In some cases you may need to use Ctrl + F5 to clear your browser cache and refresh again. 2. Change colour scheme - This primarily impacts the bar along the top of the system.
Dates The ability to set specific holidays. This interacts with WORKDAY() formula functions in the system.
Search Defines the properties of the search plugin used in the system. This is related to the system-wide search function.
Header Sets a custom link to appear in the system navigation bar. This is limited to only a single custom item.
Maintenance Toggles maintenance mode. This can be used to notify users of upcoming downtime and is also used to lock users from logging into the system.
Usage and Licensing Describes how many users are actively using the system, the system version number, and the storage occupied by files uploaded in the system.
Credits and Copyright Specifies which tools are used within the Nimblex platform.
Tweaks Toggles tweaks that change the overall system behaviour.
