You can have as many Tabular Report Profiles for an eForm as you require. Each eForm will have two default profiles, Summary or All Columns, and you cannot change the settings for the default profiles.
Creating a New Tabular Report Profile
- To create a new Tabular Report Profile, navigate to the EForms tab using the button at the top of the page.
- Then click Tools next to the name of the eForm that you wish to create the Tabular Report Profile for.
- This will bring you to the tabular report for that particular eForm.
- To create a new profile, click Save As to save a copy of the currently selected profile for you to use.
- Set a name for the new profile and click on Save. You will then have a new Tabular Report Profile to customise and use.
