Accessing Tabular Reports

You can follow the steps below to access your Tabular Report functionality.

  1. Click on the EForms tab at the top panel of your screen.

  2. This will open up your list of Categories and EForms. All eForms (i.e. input forms) and data records are grouped into Categories [1]. On the left, you will see all the Categories.

  3. Pick the eForm category you want to get information from. This will usually be your specific solution (e.g. Contract Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, etc.).

  4. Once you have selected the category, then select the eForm. Click View [2] to open the tabular report of the eForm.

  5. Or, you can click on Tools [3] and then Tabular Report to view a tabular report.

  6. Once the Tabular Report screen opens up, you will notice the following:
    1. In the top right, you will need to choose the Profile [1] you wish to use, which depends on what your reporting requirements are. The default profile will always be Summary. A collection of pre-configured reports will show up in the profile dropdown. Remember that it will always show the Summary profile especially if there are no pre-configured reports set for this eForm. The default profiles are either Summary or All Columns.
    2. If you click on this icon in the top right in the toolbar [2], it will open the left-hand sidebar and your access to the Tabular Report Configurator.
    3. The Summary information [3] indicates a quick overview of the main activity relating to a record.
    4. If you click on the View [4] link, it will open that particular record.
