Supplier Intelligence (SI) credentials are functionality that pulls information from a source and overlays it on a Supplier's profile. These credentials represent specific, validated attributes about a supplier.

SI credentials are created using an Australian Business Number (ABN) as the primary key. 

If your organisation has purchased SI credentials functionality, the Super Admin will be able to manage SI credentials for Suppliers in your enterprise. You can information on how to manage your SI Credentials here: How to manage custom Supplier Intelligence Credentials.

There are a few ways for all users (Admins & Buyers) to view and filter suppliers who have SI Credential attached to their profile:

Supplier Details

When searching for a supplier, browsing suppliers by category, viewing suppliers on a list or selecting suppliers on a request you can click on the supplier's business name to open up a pop-up window with their Supplier Details. Their SI Credentials will be listed towards the bottom.

After selecting categories and supplier lists when browsing suppliers by category or selecting suppliers on a request, within the results of your search with the list of suppliers you will see a credential appear beside the supplier's business name to indicate there is an SI Credential attached to their profile.

After selecting categories and supplier lists when selecting suppliers on a request and looking through the list of suppliers matching your selections, you will have the ability to filter the list of suppliers by an SI Credential.

Within Request Documentation

As part of the SI Credential functionality, information regarding SI Credentials will be displayed for Suppliers who have been invited to respond to an RFx, along with the profiles of Suppliers who have submitted a response to an RFx. SI information (SI credential name, indicator, and preview description where applicable) will be displayed in the documents included in the downloadable request package:

• RFx Summary Report PDF
  • SI Credential information will appear in the 'Suppliers Notified' section below each supplier's business name. Due to space restrictions, any extra SI credential information (e.g., preview or full descriptions) will be omitted.
  • SI Credential information will appear in relation to Supplier Responses included with the supplier's full business details.

  • SI Credential information will be included with the supplier's full business details.
