The Compare Rate Cards functionality allows Buyers to search and compare the rate cards of Suppliers with each other. This allows Buyers to make more informed decisions prior to creating their RFx.

Please note

The Compare Rate Cards functionality is available to enterprises with access to at least one active and approved Rate Card.

The information below will provide an overview of the Compare Rate Cards functionality.

  1. Click on the blue Compare Rate Cards link under the Supplier Lists heading of the homepage.

  2. You will be directed to the View and compare Rate Cards page where you will be presented with four search fields. You can use one or more search fields or you can leave every blank to find all. The search fields relate to the following:
    • Lists: Select one or more relevant Supplier Lists.
    • Rate Cards: Select one or more relevant Rate Cards.
      • If you are searching across a large number of lists or Rate Cards, you can type within the field to refine the results that are displayed (e.g., typing Builders Trade to bring up the Builders Trade list).
    • Products or services: Searching for a specific product or service.
    • Unit Type: Unit type stipulated in the Rate Card (eg. hourly rate)

  3. Once you have inputted your desired search terms, click on the blue Search button to search for Rate Cards.

  4. On the Rate Cards comparison page, relevant results will be displayed and you can sort the results by each heading.
    • Buyers can use the column headers to sort through the rates.
    • A Suppliers profile can be accessed by clicking on their name under the Supplier column.
    • Depending on a Buyer's access, Buyers can export a copy of the Rate Cards report by clicking the Download results button on the top right corner of the page. This will download the report as a CSV file.
    • Buyers can view a Suppliers Rate Card by clicking their respective rate card under the Rate Card heading to the far right of the screen.
Please note

The option to download Rate Cards can be enabled and disabled for specific user types by the Super Administrator under the Manage Access settings in the Manage Rate Cards section. You can information on this here: Creating Rate Card Templates - Managing Rate Card Access.
