The Concierge functionality allows Buyers to invite Suppliers to join VendorPanel when creating a Request using the Request Wizard.

This functionality is currently available for the VendorPanel Marketplace lists only.

Once the Concierge functionality has been activated for your enterprise, Buyers will be given the option to invite new Suppliers to VendorPanel when Creating a Request on the Select Suppliers step.

1. In the Request Wizard when selecting suppliers, you will select the Categories and Supplier Lists you wish to use. If you try to search for a Supplier's name using the Filter Suppliers textbox and you do not receive any results, you will be prompted to use Search mode.
   
   
   
   
2. When you use the Search Mode and are unable to find your desired Supplier, the Request Wizard will then prompt you to Invite a Supplier. 
   
   
   
   
3. You will then be prompted to enter the Supplier's details in the Invite Supplier form, which will then be forwarded to VendorPanel to contact the Supplier and invite them to register.
   
   The following Supplier details are required when filling out the form:
   
   • Supplier business name
   • Supplier business number
   • Suppliers full name
   • Suppliers email address
   • Suppliers phone number
   • Buyers will also have the option to automatically add the Supplier to the Request they are creating.
     
     
4. Once you have finished inputting the Supplier's details, you can click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to complete the Invite Supplier submission. You'll be presented with a confirmation message which can be closed.
   
   
5. You can continue to search for more suppliers and can keep inviting them if you're unable to find them.
   
   
6. A member of the VendorPanel Support Team will be in touch via email to acknowledge the request to invite the supplier shortly after.
