When a Vendor Admin is registered on a list, they can invite and add other people in their company to register as Colleagues against the supplier lists they are on.

If the Vendor Admin is selected on a request, the Colleagues that are registered on the Supplier List used for the request will also have access to the request and can send their own responses.

If a Colleague, or the Vendor Admin, does send a response (or has a response in draft), this will be listed against the Request in the other linked user's accounts as per the below example. This keeps all users informed if someone at their company has already responded, or plans to respond, to the request.
