With this release we're delivering one of the most highly requested features to Advanced Contract Management we've received - the ability to generate a draft contract and record the versioning process against the contract record.
Using the mail merge codes provided, you can now create contract templates that, when generated by the system, will include all the relevant contract data you've entered in the contract set up phase.
This allows Contract Managers to select from the list of available templates to produce a first draft of their contract. They can then save any future versions of the contract draft to the record and in this way maintain a version history of the drafting process.
