New KPI functionality to Contract Management

KPI Uplift

In response to customer feedback, we've uplifted the KPI functionality in Contract Management to both increase the utility and improve usability. 

New features include:

1. KPIs included on Contract Summary Dashboard: View the total score across all KPIs

2. Performance dashboard provides detailed information and tooling, including:

  • Detail on performance against all KPIs
  • Ability to add new and manage existing KPIs
  • Upcoming/due performance reviews
  • Visibility on the supplier performance on other contracts

3. Easy set up of KPIs - just follow the bouncing ball

4. KPIs new default for Vendor Score method

For all new contracts the default Vendor Score method will use 'percentage of targets met on KPIs'. 

Existing contracts, will retain the previous default - 'average vendor score from contracts'.

To change the scoring method on a contract, follow the steps shown in the GIF below.
