Quick delete of criteria / questions in Procurement Planning

The Criteria Library enables Administrators to provide RFx criteria and question templates for buyers to use as a starting point for their RFx. It's common for Administrators to build comprehensive templates that include all possible criteria and associated questions so that buyers have a complete list to work from.

Buyers can then select the template most appropriate for their procurement event and add or remove questions to suit their particular Request. Previously, if the criteria or question was not required, the buyer would need to open it to remove, whereas buyers can now click to delete the question from the form, making it much easier to customise a Request from a template.

New 'Progress bar' in Advanced Evaluations

We recently received some feedback that Evaluators were unwittingly submitting unfinished reviews due to the prominence of the 'Submit' button in the Evaluation wizard.

To make it clearer for the user, we've instated a progress bar in the Evaluation wizard so they can see how far through the process they are and what needs to be completed before they're ready to submit their evaluation. See the GIF below.

New 'Regions of service' field in Contract Management

With the latest update, organisations can now view and report on the locality of suppliers on their contracts by utilising the new 'Regions of service' field in Contract Management.
