Addenda functionality of GTM is an addition to existing functionality that enables users to edit and automatically notify suppliers of the changes, and functions in similar way for the users.
Settings are already ON at the enterprise level and at local group level, however, it can be customised at group by group basis, if required.
Local Group Configuration
The below steps outline how to enable addenda on an existing Local Group.
1) Select Local Groups and Users under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menu bar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).
2) Click on the blue arrow icon to the right of the relevant local group, and then click on the Edit local group option.
3) In the settings for a specific Local Group, scroll down to Request Settings:

Setting | Description |
Allow request attachments to be deleted? |
If enabled, all users in the group will be able to delete regular request attachments (other than addenda). Default is "Yes" |
Enable 'Addenda' to be added to open requests? |
This enables or disables the addenda functionality for the local group. Default setting is "Yes" |
Force all files added to open requests to be 'Addenda'? | Once the request is open, this functionality forces all documents to be added as addenda if enabled. Default is "Yes" |
Allow 'addenda' files to be deleted? | If enabled, all users in the group will be able to delete addenda file. By default, it is set to “Yes” |
4) When finished, click on Save at the bottom.
