New Addenda feature!

Recently we've released a new Addenda feature to Go to Market. This is an extension of existing functionality that enables users to edit and automatically notify suppliers of the changes, and functions in a similar way for the user.

  • From the dashboard, users click on the ellipsis of the Request and select ‘Add an addendum’
  • They’re directed to the ‘Files’ section of their Request where they have the option to add ‘Addenda attachments’
  • Once the files have uploaded, the user clicks the ‘Continue’ button. 
    • Note: documents are not made available to Suppliers until you click save on the final step of the wizard.
  • They’re directed to the final step of the Wizard where they can customise the note they want to send to suppliers. By default, the note is prefilled with the details of the files that have been added.
  • Upon clicking ‘Save changes’ the addenda will be issued.
