A Buyer's set Manager can either be the Super Admin, the Local Group Administrator that owns the Local Group they are registered on, or any Local Group Managers registered to the Local Group.

They will be listed in the Buyer's account as the Administrator they can contact if they have any issues. The Buyer will see their details when they hover over the user icon in the top right of the screen. They are responsible for the Buyer and manage the user on a day-to-day basis or as-required basis.

The set Manager will also be the user responsible for approving any requests the Buyer sends out where Pre-Market Approvals have been enabled. You can find more information on this process here: Pre-Market Approvals (For Administrators).

By default, the Administrator/Manager that sends the registration invitation to a Buyer will be set as that Buyer's Manager when they create their account.

The instructions below detail how the Super Admin or Local Group Administrator can view who is the current set Manager for a user in their local group and how to update who the set Manager is:

  1. Select Local Groups and Users under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).

  2. Against the Local Group the Buyer is registered to, click on the blue numbered button under the BuyerS column to view the Buyers in that local group.

  3. The current set Manager for the Buyer will be listed under the MANAGED BY column.

    Please note

A Local Group Manager can also view who is the Manager for each user when looking at the list of Buyers in the Local Group, but they cannot update who set the set Manager is. This can only be updated by the Super Admin or Local Group Administrator.

  4. To change the set Manager, click on the blue arrow icon to the right of the desired Buyer and select the Allocate this user to a new administrator option.

  5. You will see a list of Administrators/Managers that can be assigned as the new Manager for the user. This will include the Super Admin user, the Local Group Administrator who is managing the Local Group and any Local Group Managers registered to the local group.

Select the new Manager and then click on the Allocate button.
