A Response Selection Approver can be added at a Global level or a Local Group level by the Super Admin of the enterprise. The user first needs to be registered, and then Approver rights can be added to their profile. Global approvals must be registered in the Administrators Group. Local Group approvers must be registered in the Local Group that they approve RFXs, either as a Buyer or a Local Group Manager.

Adding a Response Selections Approver - Global Level
Global approvals must be registered in the Administrators Group to be given Global Response Selection Approval rights.
- Select Global Settings under the Admin Tools option in the top menubar.
- Select the Response selection approvers - GLOBAL option.
- Click on the Add new button. Enter the existing user's email address and click on Find User. Once the user appears, add in the comments for this approver, ensure the'Active?' box is ticked, and click on the Add as an approver button.
Adding a Response Selections Approver - Local Group Level
Local Group approvers must be registered in the Local Group that they approve RFXs, either as a Buyer or a Local Group Manager.
- Select Local Groups and Users under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).
- Against the required list, click on the blue arrow icon to bring up the options. Under Response Decision Approvers, select Manage approvers.
- Click on the Add new button. Enter the existing user's email address and click on Find User.
- Once the user appears, add in the comments for this approver, ensure the 'Active?' box is ticked, and click on the Add as an approver button.
