The next evolution of Advanced Evaluations is focused on improving the usability and presentation of the module so that workflows are easier to navigate and page layouts feel more intuitive.
Whilst we've completed the designs, rather than having you wait months for the new version, we'll be releasing in phases so users can benefit from the changes early and we can learn as we go. To this point, we encourage your feedback as valuable inputs for design consideration.
Interface and User Experience Changes
Here are some of the changes you'll see with the release of the first phase:
Updated 'Criteria' page
One area that was a clear friction point when we conducted user testing was the criteria screen with customers and internal sources reporting difficulties in understanding the required actions. With this update, we have adjusted the visual cues on the page to make it much clearer to the user what the next steps are.

You'll also notice in the above screenshot that we've updated the navigation bar, and (in the screenshot below) introduced compact modals to appear on the page rather than redirect users to a new page.
New layout for 'Responses'
Another piece of feedback we've responded to in this release concerns the layout of the 'Responses' page, including the shortlist and final decision process. This section been redesigned with significant visual treatments and clearer calls to action for improved comprehension.
Other Enhancements
Easier access to Evaluations Dashboard for external evaluators
We've received feedback indicating that external evaluators have had difficulty accessing evaluations without depending on email invitations. To address this, we've incorporated a link to the evaluation dashboard in the email invites, enabling external evaluators to more conveniently access the dashboard and manage multiple evaluations.
More Options Tab
Our Contract and Procurement modules already offer a 'More Options' tab, enabling users to track ad-hoc activities, such as meetings and actions, related to their contracts or procurements. With this release, we are expanding this functionality to include Advanced Evaluations.
