With this release, we’ve delivered a number of enhancements and additional functionality to Contract Management and updated the UI to align with our other modules.
You’ll immediately notice the cleaner, more modern interface. We’ve optimised the layout, colours, typography and page elements to reduce the visual noise and provide consistent design patterns that users can become familiar with.
All existing functionality remains, and there are three additional pieces to callout:
- Enhanced Search Functionality
The new search feature makes finding specific contracts easy and fast. Whether you're searching by contract name, date range, or any other criteria, our enhanced search functionality is designed to streamline your experience.
2. Introducing the Contracts Dashboard!
The new dashboard provides an overview of all the key information relating to a contract, from expiry dates to budgets, and highlights any actions that need to be completed. Every contract you manage has one of these dashboards.
3. New and improved stepper
Our stepper device (which walks the user through the workflow) has been updated to bring it into alignment with our other modules. The new design is cleaner, with fewer elements within the stepper device, and clearly outlines the step the user is on, what they have completed, and what they still need to do.
