The Evaluation Panel Members on an Evaluation can be requested to complete a Conflict of Interest declaration on VendorPanel in both the Procurement Planning and Advanced Evaluations modules.
In Procurement Planning, the 'Evaluation Planning step of a Plan allows users to set their anticipated Evaluators. The user creating the plan and setting the evaluators can request that they submit a declaration at that time.
In Advanced Evaluations, it can be enabled that Evaluators will need to submit a declaration before they can look over the supplier responses and start their scoring.

A System Administrator can manage the text that appears when a user submits their declaration. These settings can be accessed through either the Procurement Planning or Advanced Evaluation module settings. The one declaration in-system applies to both modules.
This is done from the 'General' section of the module settings, which can be accessed by following the below steps:

Navigate to the Procurement Planning module, either via the app launcher icon in the menubar or through the navigation tile on your Homepage.

Click on the Manage Module tab in the top right to open the module settings.

On the General tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Conflict of Interest Declarations, click on the Manage standard COI text button.
This will open up a pop-up window where you can manage the text of your declaration.
You will be able to add your own text in the top header section and the body of the declaration. When you click on the textbox to add your details you will see a range of formatting options including being able to add links, images, tables, etc.
Once you've made your changes click on the Save button in the top right corner of the pop-up window.
